I developed and led the launch of a modular content ecosystem for J&J MedTech, built to educate clinicians and reinforce brand leadership in surgical innovation. I assembled and directed a freelance editorial team of science writers, visual researchers, and illustrators to deliver a steady cadence of expert-led, high-quality content.
To maximize reach and engagement, each long-form article was paired with a :30–:45 social-first "Story Report" — short-form video content optimized for attention capture across digital channels. These snackable formats distilled core insights using curated visuals, narration, and strategic CTAs, driving audiences to explore deeper.
This system transformed J&J’s MedTech content engine into a repeatable, scalable storytelling platform — one that balances scientific credibility with modern creative execution.
